Ronnie Parsons is the founder of Mode Lab, an Operating Design Studio based in the Pacific Northwest. For more than two decades, Ronnie has helped businesses rethink how they design, develop and deliver their work—from new products and manufacturing methods to workflows and team training.
That experience shapes how Mode Lab approaches AI: start with the work people need to do, the expertise they bring, and what would help them do it better or take on something new.
Ronnie also runs Mighty AI Lab, a learning community for people and teams building AI capability themselves, and writes here about how people and AI work together.
